Purpose

Function to return the sine of a value


Syntax

SIN(<expN>)

Description

The SIN() function returns the sine of the angle <expN> expressed in radians. The DTOR() function can be used for converting degrees to radians.


Example

set decimals to 6
? sin(dtor(45))
  0.707107
