Used to define the full path of the Recital system-wide compatibility file

Description
The DB_COMPAT environment variable is set to the full path name of the Recital system-wide compatibility file. By default, this is compat.db in the Recital conf directory. The compatiblity file contains the system-wide SET COMPATIBLE and SET FILETYPE settings.
