Purpose

Function to concatenate two strings


Syntax

CONCAT(<expC1>, <expC2>)

Description

The CONCAT() function concatenates the two specified strings, right-trimming both and adding <expC2> to the end of <expC1>.


Example

open database southwind
use customers
? concat(concat(city,', '),country)
